Ricoh eShop receives Feefo Trusted Service Award 2024

Ricoh’s online retail platform has won the Feefo Trusted Service Award for excellence in customer service delivered throughout 2023. 

The Feefo Trusted Service Award is a seal of excellence based on customer feedback, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver outstanding customer service. The award reflects the commitment that brands put into providing excellent customer experience and delivering standards that go above and beyond. To win this award for the second year running, Ricoh collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.

This award follows Ricoh UK’s partnership with Feefo to fund tree-planting projects in return for honest customer reviews. Every customer who makes a purchase through Ricoh UK’s eCommerce platform and submits feedback on their experience through Feefo website, will help plant 50 trees every month.
