Ricoh UK shortlisted in the 2023 Diversity,  Equity &  Inclusion in Tech Awards

London, April 14, 2023 – Ricoh UK has been shortlisted in the ‘Diversity Initiative of the Year’ category for this year's Diversity,  Equity &  Inclusion in Tech Awards for its Living the Ricoh Way programme.  

Ricoh was shortlisted for its clear strategy, creating an authentic environment where employees feel engaged, and inclusion sits at the forefront. 

Phil Keoghan, Chief Executive Officer at Ricoh Northern Region and executive sponsor for inclusion, commented on the shortlisting: ‘Our people are the most important asset we have. In my role as Ricoh UK’s executive sponsor for inclusion, I am committed to making Ricoh a fully inclusive workplace. We’ve set the bar high for our organisation, and the Living the Ricoh Way programme plays a very important in achieving this ambition. About the Living the Ricoh Way programme 

The purpose of Ricoh’s flagship inclusion programme is to champion inclusive behaviours across all levels of the organisation. It consists of training and mentorship to ensure that all employees embody Ricoh’s core values and contribute to the wellbeing of their colleagues, customers, and society. Senior managers from across the business have been designated as Living the Ricoh Way Champions, and it is their responsibility to drive, champion and embed this initiative within the organisation. The programme is delivered through a series of e-learning and classroom training, as well as job-related training and professional development.

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Tech Awards are the go-to community to enhance DEI across the technology sector; allowing collaborative engagement in a space specifically created to support and open the door for the next generation of diverse leaders. 

They engage with senior technology business leaders, key decision makers and changemakers joined by their peers in HR and D&I roles from across the technology industry.
