| About Greens |

Greens was founded in 1919 and has traded profitably ever since as a single-source, full-service print and communications business working in specific markets, such as the financial and pharmaceutical. We have evolved to become a solutions led business – we specialise in the production, fulfilment and logistics of producing critical documents for niche market sectors with stringent regulatory requirements. Nearly all the markets we serve have a regulatory or commercial reason to comply with the highest levels of security and confidentiality for data management, multi-channel communications and print production.

Greens employs over 100 people across 3 locations in the UK. The ownership of Greens Limited has changed recently, with 100% of the shares now held by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). An exciting new chapter in our 100-year history and enables all our staff to have a meaningful stake in the success of our business.

As part of are roadmap to create a diverse business mix, Greens developed and launched their public facing Doxzoo platform to enable the general public to upload documents and order. Over the last three years the platform has grown month on month and at present is processing over 5000 orders per month which are spread across the three facilities. The platform now offers over 40 products and distributes orders globally. Due to the success Doxzoo, Greens will be adding an additional partner print facility in the US to complement the product output and support the continued growth in the region.

The next phase of or technology platform is the Virtual Printroom, which is built using the same robust Doxzoo architecture and is positioned at large organisations who have global workforces adopting a hybrid working model. The platform is a branded solution that will employees to upload and print documents remotely on account, creating a one stop shop for ad-hoc print needs across an organisation.
