In 2016, The Ricoh imagine.change. Challenge programme, celebrated two new initiatives that tapped into the creative and winning spirit of our employees. 

The Ricoh imagine.change. Challenge Photography programme encouraged to unlock the creative and imaginative potential of our employees through a year long photography competition. And in September 2016, the Ricoh imagine.change. Challenge Football programme, saw more than 350 employees come together, united by a passion for football, and driven by the Ricoh values of #teamwork and #winning spirit.

Disability Confident

Ricoh has now signed up to be a Disability Confident committed employer. Disability Confident is a government led scheme that aims to help companies like Ricoh UK make the most of opportunities provided by employing disabled people.

Mental Health at Work

Ricoh are delighted to have signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment, committing us to achieve better mental health outcomes and genuine longer term positive impact on our employee’s wellbeing.

The Mental Health at Work Commitment provides a simple framework for companies who recognise the importance of promoting employee wellbeing and helps us meet our aim of removing the stigma around talking about mental health and creating an open and honest culture of talking about our wellbeing. This framework sets out six clear standards based on what best practice has shown is needed to make a difference and create an environment where employees can thrive.
