Axon Ivy recognised for its leading process automation software

Industry analysts at Forrester Research Inc. ranked Axon Ivy as a Strong Performer in its Forrester Wave™ Report "Digital Process Automation Software, Q4 2023". According to the "SPARK Matrix™: Intelligent Business Process Management Suites, 2023" report by global consulting firm Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, Axon Ivy is a Technology Leader, making it one of the leading providers of intelligent Business Process Management Suites (iBPMS). Furthermore, analysts at Gartner Inc. recognises Axon Ivy as a reputable vendor in its "Market Guide for Business Process Automation Tools".

One area of business set to benefit heavily from the introduction of more process automation are HR departments.

Rob Alonso, Director of Business Process Services at Ricoh UK, said: “AI is fast becoming an HR department's secret weapon, and, perhaps paradoxically, helping to put the ‘human’ back in human resources. Predictive analytics help foster employee engagement and personalise learning paths for career development, transforming everything from recruitment to retention. It can also automate labour-intensive tasks like CV screening and payroll, freeing up HR teams to focus on strategic initiatives such as optimising workflows, maximising talent, and building a thriving company culture.”

The Axon Ivy platform helps companies to optimise and automate their business processes by connecting people, data, and systems, and seamlessly integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) or robotic process automation (RPA). As a central orchestration layer, it coordinates all business processes and makes them smooth and efficient.

Glenn Griggs, CEO of Ricoh UK, commented: “Process automation is set to play an ever-increasing role in day-to-day business functions. Ensuring that Ricoh, as an organisation, is at the leading edge of these emerging technologies has been a key element of our global M&A strategy, and it’s great to see this coming to fruition with Axon Ivy being recognised as one of the leading tech providers in the process automation space.”

Arun U, Analyst at Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, said, "The Axon Ivy platform facilitates the rapid development of business processes for enterprises, while being able to address different customer needs across industries. With its comprehensive capabilities, compelling customer references, comprehensive roadmap and vision, and highly scalable product suite, Axon Ivy has received strong ratings across the parameters of technology excellence and customer impact and has been positioned as a leader in the SPARK Matrix™: Intelligent Business Process Management Suites.”

By automating workflows, we empower our people to redirect their focus to higher-impact tasks, increasing a sense of fulfilment and energy in their roles. This not only contributes to individual growth but also brings substantial benefits to businesses as a whole.
