Ricoh selected by PfH to deliver procurement savings

Procurement for Housing appoints Ricoh UK to serve the specific needs of its social housing sector clients to drive greater efficiencies and cost savings while remaining compliant

19 October 2016, London – Global technology company, Ricoh UK, today announces that it has been appointed by Procurement for Housing (PfH) to deliver print management and multi-functional devices services to the social housing sector. The deal will bring greater efficiencies and cost-savings to PfH’s customers while remaining compliant with legislation.

Pfh is a dedicated procurement services provider to the housing sector and they use smart and strategic procurement methods to ensure its customers benefit from immediate cost savings. Ricoh UK will be working alongside the group to bring solutions designed specifically to meet the needs of the social housing sector.

The deal will bring a number of key benefits including access to devices and support directly from Ricoh UK with uniformly excellent service across the UK, as well as a wide portfolio of software products to suit every need. Pre-negotiated terms and enforced Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times, up-times and fixes mean that payment terms for PfH’s clients will be transparent without any surprises or hidden fees.

Ricoh UK will provide PfH with an end-to-end document workflow including electronic document management systems that will allow PfH’s clients to procure services in a manner compliant with legislation. This will enable its customers to gain a significant cost-savings by avoiding the need for a protracted and costly process.
