KJB strives for business growth as it confirms Ricoh as a long term partner to offer a more flexible service to clients

Birmingham, 13 October, 2015 – Having evaluated and trialled various options available from the major UK competitors, print specialist KJB have announced at The Print Show in Birmingham today to consolidate and strengthen their relationship with Ricoh to offer more flexibility and excellent service to their clients.

KJB have built an enviable reputation over the last 20 years for the quality, service and technical expertise that they offer. Specialising in high quality printing, KJB strive to keep their clients at the heart of their business. In order to build a more flexible and accommodating business, KJB have invested in Ricoh’s colour engines, such as the Ricoh Pro C7100X and the Ricoh Pro C9100. Both machines will allow premium finishes offering greater flexibility and superb print quality, allowing even more ways to add value to their printed communications.

Gareth Parker, services marketing development manager, Ricoh UK said: “We are delighted to support a business that keeps customer centricity at the heart of their business.  The installation of our machines means that we can be more responsive to KJB’s needs which will in turn enable them to expand their footprint in the UK. It will also create new and mutually beneficial opportunities for us both in the future.

With this increase in productivity and the diverse range of new applications empowered by Ricoh’s innovations, KJB anticipate a 35% growth in digital turnover over the coming year. The Pro C7100 series also offers the security of reliability alongside the confidence of efficiency, hence a significant reduction in waste. This growth will be born out of offering new applications to existing clients, and from stepping into new markets with businesses that do not currently work with KJB.

Stephen Egerton, Commercial Director at KJB confirmed: “Both Vendor support and relationship are very important to us at KJB. The business model is mutual with Ricoh and is both strategic and long term. We have recently changed our digital vendor strategy to Ricoh. This has not been an easy process but we are confident that this is commercially and financially the best strategy”.
