Customers’ voices earn Ricoh eShop Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award 2026

London, 20 February 2026: Ricoh UK today announced that its eShop has been awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award 2026, a recognition that celebrates brands delivering outstanding customer experiences. In a market where consumers increasingly seek reliability and authenticity, this accolade highlights Ricoh’s ongoing commitment to placing customers at the heart of its digital services

This marks the fourth consecutive year that Ricoh UK has achieved this distinction, underscoring consistently high service levels and a sustained focus on delivering a seamless, customer-first online experience. 

Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards are unique because they are based solely on verified customer feedback, providing an unbiased measure of trust and service quality. To qualify for the Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must meet the following criteria: 

  • Receive at least 50 verified reviews between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 
  • Achieve a Feefo service rating of 4.5 to 5 during the qualifying period 
  • Demonstrate consistent delivery of positive, authentic customer experiences
