Who can leave a review?
Only customers who have recently ordered from the Ricoh eShop are eligible to leave a review. We verify each request before sending out a review link. Feefo collects reviews from verified buyers.
Can I leave more than one review?
Yes. You may receive a new Feefo review request 3 months after leaving a verified review. We space invitations to keep feedback relevant, and every review must relate to a recent verified order.
Where are reviews collected?
All reviews are collected through the independent Feefo platform to ensure they are authentic and verified.
How does Treefo work?
We believe in practical sustainability. That is why Ricoh is funding our participation in the Treefo programme. When you leave a verified review, this triggers a contribution that Ecologi converts into real trees. Thanks to our customers, more than one thousand trees are already growing.
