Mike Baddeley:
Mike Baddeley is Head of Strategy & Innovation across Ricoh UK. Mike is a passionate advocate of people led change through empowerment, development, and engagement. He has also been instrumental within Ricoh UK in developing a compelling narrative of the changing world and the need to evolve the way that we work, through Workstyle Innovation. Ricoh UK has been recently recognised for Excellence, winning the British Quality Foundation highest accolade, the 2015 UK Excellence Award.
Lisa O’Connell:
Lisa O’Connell is an Operational Excellence Consultant at Ricoh UK. Lisa is instrumental in identifying, championing and supporting the delivery of improvements across the business. She has led and managed Ricoh UK through two BQF UK Excellence Awards, regularly working with the Ricoh UK Board on the identification, creation and delivery of new initiatives. Her drive, passion and enthusiasm for improvement allow her to effectively deliver a vast array of strategic projects.
Angela Cotterill
Angela Cotterill is a Senior Strategy & Planning Consultant at Ricoh UK. Angela is experienced in managing and supporting strategic and operational change through structured methodologies. She has focused on upskilling employees and arming the business with the necessary tools and support to make effective change happen. Angela is also chair of the Improvement Steering Committee, bringing senior management and project leads together to recognise, celebrate and drive successful change.
Martyn Vendy:
Martyn Vendy is a Senior Compliance and Risk Consultant at Ricoh UK. Martyn is responsible for management and strategy certifications across many business areas within Ricoh UK. He manages internationally recognised certifications, as well as other industry recognised accreditations such as ISO 9001 Quality ISO22301 Business Continuity Management. Martyn has experience across various sectors including technology products and services, commercial print, and is passionate about customer focused roles.
Olgerta Durici:
Olgerta Durici is a Senior Strategy & Planning Consultant at Ricoh UK. Olgerta is focused on helping internal and external customers on their journey of business transformation. She manages projects that bring positive change to the customer experience and workstyle, enabling organisations to develop growth through innovation. Olgerta is passionate about problem solving and believes that there is always an opportunity to do things in a more effective and efficient way.
Marek Mycawka:
Marek Mycawka is an Improve & Innovate Practitioner at Ricoh UK. Marek is focused on helping internal and external customers bring positive change to their organisations and the customer experience using a proven improvement methodology. He is a trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and uses this training to bring transformation through innovation and optimisation. Marek is passionate about challenging traditional assumptions and routine work practices.
Chris Mclaughlin:
Chris McLaughlin is a Learning Manager at Ricoh UK. Chris is passionate about empowering others to realise their full potential as individuals, as team members, and within a wider organisation. He has excelled by effecting positive change in Ricoh’s four-tier leadership programmes, gaining the Princess Royal Training Award for Leadership. From an individual perspective, Chris was a finalist ‘Learning Professional of the Year’ for the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI).
Dave Willoughby:
Dave Willoughby is a Workplace and Workstyle Consultant at Ricoh UK. Dave specialises in Workplace innovation and is passionate about driving change and ensuring employee satisfaction within the workplace. He is ideally suited for the role of assessing and understanding customers’ workplace challenges, opportunities and development. Dave has a wealth of experience in creating a tangible roadmap of change and recommendations for clients.
Berry Shad:
Berrak “Berry” Shad is a Senior Learning Consultant at Ricoh UK. Berry is responsible for Leadership Development and Business Skills. She is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, Transformation and Culture, Talent and Organisational Development. Her strengths are in the ability to understand the needs of the business and tailor her approach in an agile manner. Berry is passionate about developing a coaching and mentoring focus to enable organisational transformation.
Michael McKelvie:
Michael McKelvie is a Senior Indirect Learning Specialist at Ricoh UK and is also a Learning Consultant. Michael is passionate about learning development across the technical sector and has been involved with apprenticeships for several years. He has worked closely with CompTIA and other manufacturers on apprenticeships specific to the print and digital imaging sector. He is at ease both in the strategic and operational arena, having worked with other training providers on strategy and delivery.
Tay Bennett:
Tay Bennett is an Advisory Programme Manager at Ricoh UK. Tay is responsible for the strategic advisory structure within the business, she brings together customers, suppliers, colleagues and partners to look at the future of work and advises the Ricoh Board on strategies. Tay is experienced in managing large European projects including new technology roll outs and global process, managing teams across various locations. She is a competent facilitator and an advocate for reverse mentoring, diversity and inclusion.
Mike Harman:
Mike Harman is Health & Safety Consultant at Ricoh UK. Mike is responsible for the day to day Health and Safety ensuring that both companies are committed to operating their businesses in a way that is compatible with legislation and best practice. He has developed, implemented and achieved accreditation to BS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System which is continually assessed by BSI. Mike is a Graduate Member of Institution of Occupational Safety & Health IOSH and Member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management MIIRSM. Mike has also completed Lead Auditor training courses.
Chloe Piper:
Chloe Piper is a Quality Consultant at Ricoh UK. Chloe is responsible for the management of Ricoh UK’s Quality Management System and ISO9001 certification, as well as project management work for Ricoh Europe’s overall organisational management system. Chloe is also responsible for supporting the management of Business Continuity and Ricoh UK’s ISO22301 Certification, managing the Customer Service Excellence Award and is a trained Lead Auditor
