Meet some of the faces behind our success

Phil Keoghan

Chief Executive Officer, Ricoh Northern Europe

Phil is the CEO of Ricoh Northern Europe and sits on the European Board of Directors. With more than 40 years of industry experience, a passion for driving workstyle innovation, putting the customer first, and cultivating talent, his leadership has transformed Ricoh UK and Ireland, and resulted in a diverse, service-led business made up of more than 2,200 employees. During his 10-year tenure as the CEO of Ricoh UK and Ireland, Phil oversaw several acquisitions and integrations of multiple businesses across an array of specialisms, strengthening Ricoh’s digital services offering. 
Bringing this valuable experience and expertise to his role as the CEO of Ricoh Northern Europe in 2022, Phil now leads over 3,000 employees across UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. 
Having started his career through an engineering apprenticeship, Phil is known for his ability to identify talent. He is passionate about giving young people opportunities to develop skills and gain work experience through Ricoh’s partnership with The Prince’s Trust.  Phil sits on the IT advisory board for The Prince’s Trust and Business in the Community (BITC), where he works to promote progressive businesses who understand that the prosperity of business and society are mutually dependent. He has also worked with Terra Carta, a Sustainable Markets Initiative, to encourage other leaders to think of sustainability as a default setting for their business.  
Looking to the future, Phil will continue to evolve Ricoh’s customer offering and market position as a trusted digital services company, and to extend his commitment to charitable organisations.  

Glenn Griggs

Chief Executive Officer, Ricoh UK

Glenn was appointed CEO of Ricoh UK in 2023, following over 20 years as Board Director of Sales. He has been pivotal in steering Ricoh’s transition to a digital services company, and under his leadership, the company has received several industry awards demonstrating its digital expertise and commitment to customer centricity.
With decades of industry experience, Glenn has developed a deep understanding of the workspace and the importance of human-centric, organisational digital maturity. He believes by leading with a strategic mindset, organisations can build resilience well into the future. 
Glenn is committed to nurturing a people-first culture at Ricoh UK, where all employees feel empowered to achieve fulfilment through work. Close to Ricoh's Diversity, Inclusion and Equity approach, Glenn is an Executive Sponsor for gender, creating spaces for all employees to discuss ideas, share experiences, tackle challenges and work closely with HR to develop new practices; such as family-friendly policies and flexible working.
As an avid charity supporter, Glenn is heavily involved with the Prince’s Trust and Teens Unite, championing several projects supporting these charities.
Looking to the future, Glenn is committed to driving the digital maturity conversation with Ricoh customers and partners, and evolving Ricoh’s digital capabilities through ongoing investment and innovation.   

Chris Bird

Transformation Director, Ricoh Northern Europe

In his role as Transformation Director, Chris is responsible for directing the procurement and purchasing team, streamlining the order processing and administration processes, and supporting the European supply chain strategy and development across Northern Europe.   
Chris has over three decades of experience working in the order-to-cash process, procurement, purchasing and supply chain management across the UK and EU markets. Starting his career at Ricoh in 1989, Chris led on setting up the Ricoh Business Services (RBS) in the UK and Germany. In 2020, he was appointed to the UK Board of Directors as Operations Director where he was instrumental in supporting the welfare of his team and wider business continuity during Covid.   
Chris is passionate about technology and the potential it has to help employees gain new skills, express their creativity and achieve even greater fulfilment through work.  He believes that the growth and success of any business is dependent on the wellbeing and motivation of its people. As such, Chris has built strong working relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers over the years. In his new role as Executive Sponsor for LGBTQ+, Chris continues to drive education and engagement around LGBTQ+ causes and advocate for greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 
As a passionate rugby fan, Chris spends his free time supporting Northampton Saints and working with his local junior rugby teams.

Rebekah Wallis

Director of People & ESG, Ricoh UK

Rebekah is an experienced leader in HR and ESG, with expertise across specialist areas including change management; cultural transformation; employee value proposition and engagement; organisational, leadership and talent development; rewards and benefits; and ESG. 
As Director of People & ESG, Rebekah has played a pivotal role in developing Ricoh’s people-first culture. During her eleven years at Ricoh UK, Rebekah has overseen complex change management along with the implementation of countless diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. She is an early trailblazer of flexible working, and under her leadership Ricoh UK launched its flexible-first working policy in 2019. 
Rebekah is actively engaged with several initiatives delivered by the Prince’s Trust (Technology Leadership Group) and Business in the Community (East Midlands Regional Advisory Board, Untapped Talent Taskforce, Critical Friends Forum) as well as being involved in mentoring programmes. As a passionate advocate for inclusion in the workplace, Rebekah campaigns on disability education and is a Trustee for a special needs academy school.  
In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys volunteering to support her local community. 

Marco Pezzani Director of Customer Service, Ricoh UK

Director of Customer Service, Ricoh UK

Marco has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and service industry.   
In his role as Director of Customer Service at Ricoh UK, Marco has been instrumental in securing numerous customer service recognitions, including repeat recertification to the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation, showcasing Ricoh’s continued commitment to excellence across our Customer Service teams.  Under Marco’s leadership, Ricoh’s Service teams have diversified their offerings, in line with our own digital transformation journey, to support our customers’ and partners’ evolving needs. Marco’s core focus is on the development of Ricoh’s people, through numerous training programmes. 
Aside from day-to-day business operations, Marco strives to support employees on all aspects of mental health as well as their physical and financial wellbeing. As part of his role as executive sponsor for wellbeing, he has been instrumental in developing and launching numerous initiatives, including the disability and neurodiversity affinity group, the menopause support group and the Wellbeing Champions programme. 
Marco likes to spend his spare time with family and friends. He’s a passionate Arsenal supporter and an outdoor sports enthusiast. 

David Clack

Director of Marketing, Ricoh UK and Ireland

Under David’s leadership in marketing, Ricoh has transitioned to a digital services company, one of Ricoh’s biggest brand moves in a decade. Working with his board colleagues, David has been instrumental in shaping business direction, helping Ricoh strengthen its position in the marketplace. 
As a long-serving team member with 13 years at Ricoh behind him, David understands Ricoh customers, their needs, and challenges. He believes in people-centric marketing communications strategies, with customers and partners firmly at the heart of any approach. Heading up a multi-disciplinary marketing team across the UK and Ireland, David adopts an agile marketing methodology championing innovation and continuous improvement. He advocates empowering employees to reach their full potential through peer support, 360° mentoring and open communication.  
David’s focus on people permeates every aspect of his work at Ricoh, from how he works with his team to the diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing issues he supports.  David is a founding champion of our Living the Ricoh Way initiative, designed to drive inclusive behaviours across all levels of our business. Like each board member, David sponsors a key people issue which he takes personal responsibility for infusing into our culture. His specialism is supporting a multi-generational workforce, and he focuses specifically on generational inclusion to improve engagement. 
Outside work, David enjoys keeping fit in the great outdoors through running, cycling, and hiking.

Rowan Jeffreys-Hoar

Director of Partner Sales, Ricoh UK 

Rowan is passionate about forging trusted relationships with our partners to ensure they can meet their customer challenges. He is extremely knowledgeable about the technology sector and is an expert in effective partnership. ​
Joining Ricoh in direct sales, Rowan has forged a career that has spanned nearly three decades with the company. He has held several positions across Ricoh UK and built extensive knowledge of our people, culture, products and partners. He was promoted to the Ricoh UK board as Director of Partner Channel in 2020. ​
Looking to the future, Rowan is excited about Ricoh’s journey, forging its position as a workspace integrator and the opportunity this provides to partners. As the world of work continues to evolve, Rowan’s focus will remain on working closely with the channel to continue adding value to the partners’ businesses and their customers. He believes that automation represents a great opportunity for organisations looking to improve their employee experience and drive business growth.​
Rowan is an advocate for equality in the workplace and believes in the power of allyship. In his role as Executive Sponsor for Ethnicity at Ricoh UK, he has led on several initiatives to improve ethnic diversity across the organisation. From committing to the Race at Work Charter by Business in the Community to taking part in Ricoh UK’s Ethnicity Affinity Group activities, bringing people together is at the heart of his approach at work.​
Outside of Ricoh, Rowan loves to spend time with his two young daughters. He enjoys keeping fit and can be found most mornings in the gym, leading an active and healthy lifestyle. ​
