Once your toner cartridge is empty, please participate in our recycling programme by returning your recyclable toner cartridge back to Ricoh using the Freepost label provided within the toner box. Place the used toner cartridge in the box from your new toner, and place the Freepost label on the box which would then require delivery to a post office.
For all other toner cartridges not shown on the above list, you can now send them to our UK Green Centre for asset recovery and recycling. Unfortunately these cartridges do not come with a freepost label and will have to be posted to us at your expense. Ricoh are happy to absorb the costs for recycling, and hopefully together we can reduce the waste going to landfill.
