Ricoh Service Training Academy

The industry recognised and well established Service Training Academy is now the cornerstone of all technical recruitment into Ricoh UK and our vision is to produce the type of technician who has the core capabilities to move direct service forward into becoming a quality solutions provider. In order to achieve our ambition, we have fundamentally redefined our recruitment strategy to look for potential employees who have grounding in IT or Engineering as well as being career minded who are looking at joining a world leading organisation, number one in its field.

Ricoh Sales Academy

The Ricoh Sales Academy is part of our commitment to invest in our people. It was launched in June 2010 and is the first of its kind, designed to equip our new salespeople with the correct knowledge, appropriate skills and the necessary tools to succeed in their chosen sales career at Ricoh.

The 12 month academy programme is a blend of learning interventions from classroom coaching through to in field development. Departmental directors, senior management, sales development trainers and carefully selected external trainers all invest their time to work with the salespeople and share their experience, knowledge and expertise. 

The journey begins with our Ricoh induction and is followed over the forthcoming weeks by an in-depth training programme covering all innovative sales techniques.  Each salesperson is set clear objectives and KPI’s to be achieved throughout the year and will benefit from continuous evaluations and feedback sessions. Individual personal development plans are also a priority to ensure continuous development and recognition of talent and career progression from within our business.
 
Our aim is for all of our salespeople to provide and delight our customers with a unique and consultative approach as we become recognised as the market leader for the delivery of innovative document and IT solutions. We believe strongly that this is only possible by ensuring excellent customer service, efficient processes and sincere and passionate employees.
