In light of the 3 Ps balance (People, Profit, Planet) that encompasses our environmental strategy, it is not surprising that Ricoh Europe ensures all employees have the opportunity to enhance existing and develop new skills.
The results of Ricoh Europe’s annual employee survey are used to identify and implement improvements to the working life of our people.
We enable our people to make a difference within their local community, by finding projects and allowing our people time off to make these projects happen. In 2008, more than 10% of our employees were involved in community projects around Europe.
