The results of Ricoh Europe’s annual employee survey are used to identify and implement improvements to the working life of our people.
We enable our people to make a difference within their local community, by finding projects and allowing our people time off to make these projects happen. In 2008, more than 10% of our employees were involved in community projects around Europe.
